Keep your first enquiry simple. Please do not email identity documents, licence scans, bank details or other sensitive documents with your initial expression of interest. We’ll explain any required verification process when onboarding is available.

Victorian requirements
Commercial passenger vehicle driver accreditation and vehicle registration requirements apply in Victoria. Check the current requirements with Safe Transport Victoria.
Vehicle and documentation
Vehicle eligibility, required documents, inspection and insurance requirements must be confirmed before participation.
Commercial terms
Ride’s final driver agreement, fees and payment arrangements will be provided before onboarding. No income or minimum trip volume is promised.

Is driver onboarding open?
We are currently accepting expressions of interest by email. The formal application process and onboarding dates have not been announced.
Does registering interest guarantee acceptance?
No. Participation will depend on the confirmed application process, eligibility checks and applicable requirements.
Are earnings or a number of trips guaranteed?
No. Ride does not promise income, hourly earnings or a minimum number of trips. Commercial terms will be available before you decide whether to join.
